伊木萨克片联合中药治疗早泄的临床疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的观察伊木萨克片联合中药治疗早泄的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年6月-2019年1月于山东中医药大学附属医院中医男科就诊的早泄患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各40例。2组均采用中药汤剂常规治疗,试验组在此基础上给予伊木萨克片治疗。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)和性生活满意度评分及不良反应。结果试验组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的82.50%(χ2=4.501,P=0.034)。治疗后2组IELT均长于治疗前(P <0.05),性生活满意度评分高于治疗前(P <0.05),且试验组改善幅度大于对照组(P <0.05)。2组患者口服药物依从性良好,未出现明显不适感。结论伊木萨克片联合中药可明显延长早泄患者的IELT,提高患者的夫妻性生活质量,且安全性较高,适合早泄患者的长期规律治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yimusake tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of premature ejaculation. Methods 80 patients with premature ejaculation who were treated in the Andrology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to January 2019 were selected,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method,40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,on this basis,the experimental group was given Yimusake tablets for treatment. The clinical efficacy,intravaginal ejaculatory latency time( IELT) before and after treatment,sexual satisfaction scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group( 92. 50%) was higher than that of the control group( 82. 50%)( χ~2= 4. 501,P = 0. 034). After treatment,the IELT of the two groups was longer than before treatment( P <0. 05),and the scores of sexual satisfaction was higher than before treatment( P < 0. 05),and the improvement range of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The patients in the two groups had good compliance during the oral medication process,and there was no obvious discomfort. Conclusion Yimusake tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine can significantly prolong the IELT of patients with premature ejaculation,improve the quality of the couple’ s sexual life of patients,and it is safe,it is suitable for long-term regular treatment of patients with premature ejaculation.
