摘  要:KS1885型随车起重运输车的吊臂采用五节伸缩臂结构,其伸缩机构主要由两级伸缩液压缸、钢丝绳及滑轮等组成,具有合理利用顺序与同步伸缩的特点。吊臂伸出过程:先是二节臂的完全顺序伸出,然后是三、四、五节臂的同步伸出,完成伸臂动作;吊臂缩回过程:先是三、四、五节臂的同步完全缩回,然后是二节臂的顺序缩回,完成缩臂动作。The boom of Model KS1885 crane truck with loading crane is of five-section telescopic boom structure.Its telescopic mechanism is mainly composed of twostage telescopic hydraulic cylinder,steel wire rope and pulley,which has the characteristics of reasonable utilization squeeze and synchronous expansion.Boom extension process:first,two-section boom is fully extended in sequence,and then three,four and five-section booms are simultaneously extended to complete the boom extension;boom retraction process:first,three,four and five-section booms are fully retracted synchronously,and then two-section boom is retracted in sequence to complete boom retraction.
