摘  要:湿式制动器是封闭的,不受外环境影响,制动力矩稳定,在煤矿辅助运输车、隧道机械、金属矿山机械、越野车等车辆中得到广泛应用。现有的湿式制动器通过高压油推动活塞使动静摩擦片结合实现制动,结构复杂,可靠性低,维修困难,而且生产成本高。新研制的气动齿轮传动湿式制动器通过气室带动齿轮轴,使齿轮增力,再通过齿轮压盘及制动压盘上的多头螺纹增力,使制动压盘压紧动静摩擦片,实现制动。新型气动齿轮传动湿式制动器能以较小的气室推动力,通过增力实现制动,而且无需通过高压油制动,提高了制动器的可靠性,降低了制动器的生产和维修成本。Wet brake is closed,not affected by external environment,and the braking torque is stable.It is widely used in coal mine auxiliary transport vehicles,tunnel machinery,metal mining machinery,off-road vehicles,etc.The existing wet brake uses high-pressure oil to push the piston to combine dynamic and static friction linings to realize braking,and has a complex structure,low reliability,difficult maintenance and high production cost.The newly developed pneumatic gear driven wet brake drives gear shaft through air chamber to increase force of gear,and then through multiple thread force on gear disc and brake disc,brake disc is pressed against dynamic and static friction linings to realize braking.The new pneumatic gear driven wet brake can realize braking by increasing force with less driving force of air chamber,and does not need to brake by high-pressure oil,which improves reliability and reduces production and maintenance cost of brake.
