摘 要:试制的某型号内啮合渐开线齿轮泵出厂试验合格率仅为60%,导致60%的合格率直接原因是在出厂试验过程中出现烧泵现象,致使齿轮泵失效。针对该型号齿轮泵烧泵现象进行原因分析,介绍内啮合渐开线齿轮泵结构和工作原理,判断齿圈与壳体之间的油膜遭破坏,出现齿圈与壳体发生干摩擦,导致烧泵。分析推断油膜破坏的原因,通过试验逐项排查推断的油膜破坏原因是齿圈外径和壳体内径的粗糙度差。降低齿圈外径和壳体内径粗糙度值均可减少烧泵现象,提高齿轮泵出厂试验合格率。试验排查结果表明:采用TCGM110204TX-3N刀具,主轴转速1100 r/min,刀具进给速度60 mm/min,获得壳体内径粗糙度由原设计值Ra1.6μm降低到0.2~0.5μm范围内为改进措施。烧泵改进措施,还应用到不同排量等级SP0-16-R-PT、SP1-25-R-PT和SP2-100-R-PT等型号的内啮合渐开线齿轮泵,平均出厂试验合格率可达到99.5%。The qualification rate of a type of internal involute gear pump is only 60%in the factory test.The direct cause of 60%qualification rate is that pump burns during the factory test,which results in failure of the gear pump.The cause of burning of this type of gear pump is analyzed,and the structure and working principles of the internal involute gear pump are introduced.It is judged that the oil film between the gear ring and the housing is damaged and dry friction between them results in pump burning.The reason of oil film damage is analyzed and inferred.Through test item by item,it is inferred that the reason of oil film damage is the difference in roughness between outer diameter of gear ring and inner diameter of housing.By decreasing the roughness of outer diameter of gear ring and inner diameter of housing,the phenomenon of pump burning can be reduced,and the qualification rate of factory test of gear pump is improved.The test results show that:with TCGM110204TX-3N tool,spindle speed at 1100 r/min and tool feed speed at 60 mm/min,the inner diameter roughness of the housing is reduced from the original design value Ra1.6μm to 0.2~0.5μm,which is the improvement measure.The improvement measure for pump burning can also be applied to internal involute gear pumps of different displacement grades such as SP0-16-RPT,SP1-25-R-PT and SP2-100-R-PT,and the average qualification rate of factory test can reach 99.5%.
