摘　　要：目的了解北京市东城区医务人员抑郁情绪发生情况及影响因素。方法2018年4—10月,采用分层随机抽样的方法对北京市东城区10家医院共计1619名医务人员进行回顾性问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果1619名医务人员中有抑郁情绪的人员共940人(58.06%),其中轻度抑郁516人(31.87%),中度抑郁228人(14.08%),重度抑郁196人(12.11%)。年龄、性别、婚姻状况、医院级别、从业年数、职业类别及夜班次数均是医务人员抑郁情绪发生率的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论北京市东城区1619名医务人员抑郁情绪发生率较高,尤其是在二级医疗机构、30~39岁、离异或者丧偶、从业11~15年、经常值夜班的女性护士中更易发生。医院管理层应有针对性的对护士人群开展心理疏导,减轻工作压力,降低抑郁情绪的发生率,提高工作效率。Objective To investigate the incidence of depression and its influencing factors in medical workers in Dongcheng District of Beijing.Methods From April to October 2018,a retrospective questionnaire survey was conducted among 1619 medical workers who were collected by the stratified random sampling from 10 hospitals in Dongcheng District of Beijing,and the data were analyzed.Results Among the 1619 medical workers,940(58.06%)had depression,including 516(31.87%)with mild depression,228(14.08%)with moderate depression and 196(12.11%)with severe depression.Age,gender,marital status,hospital level,years of employment,occupation category and number of night shift were the influencing factors of depression rate in medical workers(all P<0.05).Conclusion Totally 1619 medical workers in Dongcheng District of Beijing had a high incidence of depression,especially in the secondary medical institutions,30-39 year-old,divorced or widowed,11-15 employment years,regular night shift female nurses are more prone to depression.Hospital management should carry out targeted psychological counseling for nurses,reduce work pressure,reduce the incidence of depression,and improve work efficiency.
