摘　　要：目的了解重庆市某区管道直饮水卫生管理情况及水质卫生现状,为直饮水科学管理提供参考。方法2018年9月—2019年4月对重庆市某区180个公共场所管道直饮水卫生现状进行调查,并随机抽取直饮水设备,采集直饮水设备出水口水样,同时采集设备进水水样,对检测结果进行分析。结果重庆市某区管道直饮水卫生管理方面主要存在未每日卫生安全巡查、未水质自检、无指导使用图文说明等问题。采集295份直饮水合格率为92.2%,不合格水样主要来源于学校。直饮水与原水比较,总硬度、铝和硝酸盐等指标均有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重庆市某区管道直饮水存在卫生安全隐患,尤其是学校直饮水,应加强监督检查和指导,确保管道直饮水卫生安全。Objective To understand the sanitary management and water quality of pipeline direct drinking water in a district of Chongqing,provide reference for the scientific management of direct drinking water.Methods From September 2018 to April2019,the sanitary status of pipeline direct drinking water in 180 public places in a district of Chongqing was investigated,and the water samples from the outlet of direct drinking water equipment were randomly collected,the water samples were also collected from the intakes of equipment,and the test results were analyzed.Results There were some problems in the sanitary management of pipeline direct drinking water in a district of Chongqing such as lack of daily inspection of sanitation and safety,lack of self-examination of water quality,absence of illustration for use guidance.The qualified rate of 295 direct drinking water samples was 92.2%.The unqualified water samples mainly came from schools.Compared with raw water,the total hardness,aluminum and nitrate of direct drinking water were decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are hidden dangers in the pipeline direct drinking water in a district of Chongqing,especially in the school,so it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and guidance to ensure the safety of the pipeline drinking water.
