摘 要:目的调查了解民办医学院校大学生健康素养状况并分析其影响因素,为提高大学生健康素养水平提供参考和依据。方法2019年10月使用网络问卷进行大学生健康素养水平调查,了解河南省某民办医学院校大学生健康素养状况,使用方差分析评价不同年级学生健康素养差异,应用二元logistic回归方法分析健康素养的影响因素。结果大一、大二和大三年级学生的健康素养得分分别为78.47±8.21、79.50±8.06和81.39±8.46,得分比较差异有统计学意义(F=6.150,P<0.05);不同年级学生在躯体和心理健康知识知晓、饮食与运动行为和技能、自我保护技能、药品使用技能方面差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);年级、性别和母亲学历和是否参与过健康相关社会实践活动是大学生健康素养的主要影响因素(β=0.604、0.455、0.831、0.469,均P<0.05)。结论学校生活和教育可提升民办医学院校大学生健康素养,且学校应鼓励学生参与更多健康相关社会实践活动。Objective To understand the health literacy status of college students in private medical college,analyze its influencing factors,provide reference and basis for improving the health literacy level of college students.Methods An online questionnaire was used to investigate the health literacy level of students from a private medical college in Henan Province in October 2019.The variance analysis was applied to evaluate the health literacy differences among students of different grades,and binary logistic regression was applied to analyze the influencing factors of health literacy.Results The health literacy scores of freshmen,sophomores and juniors were 78.47±8.21,79.50±8.06 and 81.39±8.46,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(F=6.150,P<0.05).The differences in physical and mental health knowledge,diet and exercise behaviors and skills,self-protection skills,and drug use skills were statistically significant among students in different grades(all P<0.05).Grade,gender,mother’s education degree,and participation in health-related social practices were the main influencing factors of college students’health literacy(β=0.604,0.455,0.831,0.469,all P<0.05).Conclusion School life and education can significantly improve the health literacy of private medical college students,and schools should encourage students to participate in more health related social practices.
