大学生创新创业政策供给与需求匹配研究——以广西高校为例

摘　　要：目前大学生创新创业政策供给与个体需求匹配效果尚未得到充分揭示。基于此,本研究利用南宁地区5所典型应用型本科院校的288份调查数据和2015年及以后从国家层面上颁布的关于大学生创新创业的文本资料,创建四象限匹配模型,探讨政策供给与大学生创新创业需求的匹配状况。调研结果说明大学生创新创业政策供给与个体需求之间整体匹配度一般,存在错配和未配问题。基于匹配情况,本研究给出改进意见与建议,以期给地方政府政策制定及转型中的地方院校发展提供一些参考和依据。At present,the matching effect of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship policy supply and individual demand has not yet been fully revealed.Based on this,this study uses 288 survey data from 5 typical application-oriented undergraduate colleges in Nanning and texts on college students’innovation and entrepreneurship promulgated at the national level in 2015 and later to create a four-quadrant matching model to discuss policy supply and The matching status of college students’innovation and entrepreneurial needs.The matching status shows that the overall matching degree between the innovation and entrepreneurship policy supply and individual demand of college students is general,and there are problems of mismatch and unmatched.Based on the matching situation,suggestions and suggestions for improvement are given in order to provide some reference and basis for local government policy making and the development of local colleges in transition.
