摘　　要：建立科技资源需求、内容、方法体系框架,包括(1)科技资源共享需求体系,主要是高端化、个性化、绿色化和人性化需求;(2)科技资源内容体系,主要是知识、数据、产品、人才、软件和硬件等科技资源;(3)科技资源共享方法体系,包括科技资源描述、集成、评价和分享方法及相互关系。科技资源共享是一个系统工程,需要对科技资源进行描述、集成和评价,在此基础上进行科技资源分享。研究有助于科技资源开放共享标准体系和信息平台的顶层设计,有助于解决科技资源共享难的问题。In this paper,the framework of the demand,content and method system of science and technology(S&T)resources is established,including:(1)the demand system of S&T resources sharing,which is mainly highend,personalized,green and humanized.(2)The content system of S&T resources mainly includes knowledge,data,products,talents,software,hardware and other S&T resources.(3)the content and relationship of the methods of description,integration,evaluation and sharing of S&T resources is analyzed.The sharing of S&T resources is a systematic project.It needs to describe,integrate and evaluate the S&T resources,and then share the S&T resources on this basis.The significance of this paper is as follows:(1)a comprehensive study on the content,sharing requirements and sharing methods of S&T resources is conducive to the top-level design of the open and sharing standard system and information platform of S&T resources.(2)The description,integration,evaluation and sharing of S&T resources are studied and practiced as a highly related system,which helps to solve the problem of sharing S&T resources.
