摘　　要：在批判性回顾已有技术创新范式的基础上,结合数字孪生的特点,提出"创新数字孪生"的定义及创新机理,探讨分析数字孪生技术在技术、战略、市场、组织、制度及文化六大创新要素层面上对创新活动的拓展,以及数字孪生驱动下的全要素创新、全员创新和全时空创新三大创新机制,提出数字孪生驱动的全面智慧创新管理新范式以及相应的"孪生钻石模型",强调数字孪生技术的创新提振作用。数字孪生驱动的全面智慧创新管理新范式的提出,实现了数字孪生技术与全面创新管理范式的有机整合,为引导组织开展创新活动提供了全局性的分析框架。On the basis of a critical review for existing technological innovation-paradigms and combining the characters of digital twin,this research puts forward the definition of"innovation digital twin"and its innovation mechanism.Then under digital twin technology,the expansion of innovation activities at technology,strategy,market,organization,system and culture are discussed and analyzed,as well as the three innovation mechanisms which are all-factor innovation,all-staff innovation and all-cycle innovation.Finally,the new paradigm of digital twin-driven total smart innovation management and its related"twin diamonds-model"are put forward,meanwhile,emphasizing the innovation-boosting effect of digital twin.The new paradigm of digital twin-driven total smart innovation management realizes the organic integration of digital twin technology and total innovation management paradigm,and provides an overall analysis framework for guiding organizations to carry out innovation activities.
