摘  要:压力性损伤是全世界常见的健康问题,常使患者处于疼痛、不适、焦虑状态,高昂的医疗费用给患者带来负面影响。2019年11月,由欧洲压疮咨询委员会、美国国家压力性损伤咨询委员会及泛太平洋压力性损伤联盟联合制定的第3版《压力性损伤的预防和治疗:临床实践指南》正式发布。2019版指南与2014版的研究相结合,更新了方法学,扩大了指南纳入研究的范围,并提出反映最新证据的建议。本文将总结介绍2019版指南的主要内容,解读其中更新的内容,以帮助医务人员、患者、照顾者等相关人员了解最新指南的更新内容,促进本指南在压力性损伤预防和治疗方面的临床应用,更好地提升临床实践质量。Pressure injury(Pressure sores/Pressure ulcer)is a potentially preventable but common adverse event which can cause pain,discomfort,anxiety to patients and add significant costs to the healthcare system.In November 2019,the third edition of the Prevention and Treatment of Pressure Ulcers/Injuries:Clinical Practice Guideline developed jointly by the European Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel,the National Pressure Injury Advisory Panel,and the Pan Pacific Pressure Injury Alliance was officially published.Built on the research evidences included in the 2014 edition,the 2019 edition of the guideline was developed using a revised methodology which expanded the inclusion scope of study,and made recommendations that reflected the latest evidences.This article will summarize the key contents of the 2019 edition of the guideline,and compare the updated content against the previous edition which will hopefully help clinicians and caregivers develop a clear understanding of the updated content of the latest guideline.It is also hoped that this understanding and awareness will promote better uptake of the international clinical practice guideline which may ultimately improve clinical practice in the prevention and treatment of pressure injuries.
