摘　　要：目的:分析ICU幸存者健康相关生活质量(HRQoL)、社会支持的变化情况及HRQoL与社会支持、护理敏感结果的关系。方法:选取我院ICU在2017年3月至2019年3月期间收治的112例重症患者。采用健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)评估患者,并记录护理敏感结果发生情况。结果:ICU幸存者出院6个月的SF-36各维度评分均高于出院1个月的SF-36各维度评分(P<0.05)。出院6个月的社会支持各项目评分均高于出院1个月的社会支持各项目评分(P<0.05)。家庭内支持、呼吸机相关性肺炎、压力性损伤、尿失禁及相关性皮炎是患者出院6个月SF-36的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:社会支持能提高ICU幸存者HRQoL,尤其是家庭内支持;护理敏感结果可能会损害ICU幸存者HRQoL。Objective:To explore the changes of health-related quality of life(HRQoL)and social support in ICU survivors,and analyze the relationship among HRQoL,social support and nursing sensitive outcomes(NSO).Methods:We investigated 112 critically ill patients by health status questionnaire(SF-36)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)in the ICU of a hospital from March 2017 to March 2019,and recorded their NSO and incidence.Results:The scores of SF-36 for all dimensions of ICU survivors at 6 months after discharge were higher than those at 1 month after discharge(P<0.05).The scores of PSSS of ICU survivors at 6 months after discharge were higher than those at 1 month after discharge(P<0.05).Family support,ventilator-associated pneumonia,pressure ulcers,urinary incontinence and associated dermatitis were independent factors affecting ICU survivors'HRQoL at 6 months after discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion:Social support can improve the HRQOL of ICU survivors,especially family support,while the NSO may harm it.
