摘  要:根据海上油田互联电力系统网架结构薄弱、故障损失严重等特点提出了重点考虑可靠性的海上油田互联电力系统结构优化模型,该模型目标函数中使用考虑负荷优先等级的最小切负荷费用模型计算系统在所有N-1故障状态下的停电损失来衡量方案的可靠性,算例验证该结构优化模型能更好地平衡方案的可靠性和经济性。除此之外,还提出了基于最小费用流的模型简化方法,该方法可以简化需随机生成的决策变量数量,算例验证该方法大大提升了模型的求解效率,同时由于解空间减小,该方法还间接提高了算法的全局寻优能力。In this paper, a structure optimization model of the offshore oilfield power system considering reliability is proposed, which takes into account the disadvantages of the weak grid structure and the high outage costs of the offshore oilfield power system. The objective function of the optimization model uses the minimum load-cutting cost model considering the load priority level to calculate the outage cost of the system under all N-1 fault conditions to measure the reliability of the scheme. The numerical result shows that the structure optimization model is able to better balance the reliability and economy of the schemes. In addition, this paper also proposes a model simplification method based on the minimum cost flow, which can reduce the number of decision variables that need to be randomly generated. The numerical result verifies that this method greatly improves the efficiency of solving the model. At the same time, the decrease of the solution space will avoid the heuristic algorithm falling into the local optimum.
