摘 要:随着我国电力和油气管道工程建设快速发展,高压/特高压直流输电工程接地极与埋地油气管道邻近已不可避免,研究相应防护措施,以减小直流接地极电流对油气管道的腐蚀和危险影响,对保障能源输送安全,促进电力与油气管道工程建设协调发展具有重要意义。在本研究中,建立了包含直流接地极系统、试验管道和测量系统的试验平台,为直流输电工程接地极入地电流对埋地油气管道的影响研究提供了试验条件。针对管道分段绝缘、牺牲阳极和两者组合的综合防护措施,在不同接地极电流下进行试验,获得了试验管道上的管地电位差和泄漏电流密度沿线分布结果。对采取不同防护措施时,在不同接地极电流作用下的管地电位差和泄漏电流密度沿线分布规律进行分析,获得了不同措施的防护效果及适应性评估结果。研究成果将为直流接地极与埋地油气管道工程中腐蚀和危险影响防护设计提供技术支撑。With the rapid development of China’s electric power and its oil & gas pipeline engineering, it is inevitable that a grounding electrode of HV/UHV DC transmission project is adjacent to a buried oil and gas pipeline. It is of great significance to study the corresponding protective measures to reduce the corrosion and dangerous impact of the DC grounding electrode current on the oil and gas pipeline, which will ensure the safety of energy transmission and promote the coordinated development of power and oil & gas pipeline engineering construction. In this paper, a test platform including the DC grounding electrode system, the test pipeline and the measurement system is established, which provides experimental conditions for the study of the influence of the grounding current of DC transmission project on the buried oil and gas pipeline. For the sectional insulation, the sacrificial anode and their combination protective measures, the distribution of the pipe ground potential difference and the leakage current density along the test pipeline is measured under different grounding currents. When different protective measures are taken, the distribution rules of the pipe ground potential difference and the leakage current density are compared and analyzed under different grounding electrode currents, and the protection effect and adaptability evaluation results of different measures are obtained. The research results will provide technical support for the protection design of corrosion and dangerous influence in DC grounding electrode and buried oil and gas pipeline engineering.
