摘 要:采用水热法从单一钛源和混合钛源出发合成了A型、A+B型二元混晶相及A+B+R型三元混晶相结构的m-Ti O2。通过调控混晶相m-Ti O2中板钛矿相的含量可以提高其光解水制氢性能。结果表明,晶相组成为56%A+40%B+4%R的mTi O2样品在紫外光条件下的产氢活性达251 mmol/g·h。当还原氧化石墨烯(r GO)的复合量[m(r GO)/m(Ti O2)]为0.01时,r GO-m-Ti O2样品在可见光下的产氢活性较未复合样品提高了1.35倍;在350~850 nm的全波段条件下,60 h总产氢量达152 mmol/g,具有很好的稳定性。Mixed-crystal titanium dioxide( m-TiO2) samples with A-type,A + B-type and A + B + R-type mixedcrystals are synthesized by using single titanium source or two titanium sources as raw materials via hydrothermal method.It is found that the photocatalytic performance of the samples in hydrogen production can be improved by adjusting the content of Brookite in the mixed-crystal m-TiO2.The hydrogen production rate over m-TiO2 with a crystal phase composition of 56%A+40%B+ 4% R can reach as high as 251 mmol·g-1·h under ultraviolet irradiation.As m( r GO)/m( Ti O2) is 0.01,the hydrogen production rate over r GO-m-TiO2 is 1.35 times higher than that over m-TiO2 under visible light irradiation.The r GO-m-TiO2 exhibits good stability under full-band irradiation at a wave-length of 350-850 nm,achieving a total hydrogen production of 152 mmol·g-1 in 60 h.
