摘  要:采用直接磷改性和铵交换复合磷改性2种路线对HSY-La Y催化剂进行改性处理并对其重油催化裂化活性进行评价。结果表明,HSY-La Y经铵交换后Na+质量分数下降,表面L酸量降低,B酸量提高,汽油收率和液化气收率明显提高。磷的加入能够显著调变催化剂的酸量和酸强度,并使B酸量大幅增加。1%P/L-A样品具有优异的催化裂化性能,重油转化率高达93.8%,汽油收率达54.1%,柴汽质量比仅为0.4。HSY-LaY catalyst prepared by using small size of HSY zeolite sample with high framework Si O2/Al2 O3 ratio is treated by direct phosphorus modification or ammonium exchange composite phosphorus modification.The activities of the modified catalysts in heavy oil catalytic cracking( RFCC) are evaluated.Results show that the content of Na+in HSY-LaY catalyst decreases after ammonium exchange,on which the amount of L acid sites decreases and the amount of B sites acid increases.The yields of both gasoline and liquefied petroleum gas are significantly improved by using the modified catalyst.It is thought that the acid content and acid strength of the catalysts can be adjusted obviously by impregnation of phosphorus pentoxide,and the amount of B acid sites is also significantly increased.The 1% P/L-A catalyst presents high performance in RFCC,over which the conversion rate of heavy oil reaches 93.8 wt%,the gasoline yield is as high as 54.1 wt% and the yielding ratio of diesel to gasoline is 0.4.
