摘 要:甲醇制烯烃(MTO)工艺常规设置CO余热锅炉用于回收再生烟气中CO化学能。以180万t/a MTO工业装置运行数据为基础,研究了MTO工艺中使用CO助燃剂对装置运行及产品分布的影响,并与常规CO余热锅炉工艺进行了经济性对比。研究结果表明,使用CO助燃剂可以显著降低再生烟气中CO含量;产品气中乙烯质量分数降低0.18%;丙烯质量分数降低0.36%,丙烷、C4和C5量有所增加;与传统使用CO余热锅炉相比,在MTO工艺中使用CO助燃剂可降低设备投资,提高设备利用率。A CO heat recovery boiler is usually set in a methanol to olefin( MTO) unit to recover the chemical energy of CO in regenerated flue gas.Based on the operation data of 1.8 million T/a MTO industrial plant,the influence of adding CO combustion promoter on MTO unit operation and product distribution is studied,and its economy is compared with conventional CO heat recovery boiler process.Results show that the content of CO in the regenerated flue gas can be reduced significantly by using CO-combustion promoter,however,the contents of ethylene and propylene in the product gas decrease accordingly by about 0.18% and 0.36%,respectively,and the contents of propane,C4 and C5 increase.Compared with the traditional CO heat recovery boiler,the use of CO-combustion promoter in MTO process can save the equipment investment and lift equipment utilization.
