摘　　要：培戈卡门冬酶(长效聚乙二醇化天冬酰胺酶,calaspargase pegol-mknl,EZN-2285,SC-PEG)是一种天冬酰胺特异性酶,为急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)特异性化疗组合疗法组成之一,适用于年龄为1个月~21岁的急性淋巴细胞白血病患者。2018年12月,FDA批准培戈卡门冬酶上市,商品名为Asparlas。本文对其作用机制、药效学、药动学、临床评价等进行综述。Calaspargase pegol-mknl(EZN-2285,SC-PEG) is a kind of specific asparagine acid enzyme.It is one of the components of the combination of specific chemotherapy for acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL),which is suitable for young patients aged 1 month to 21 years.The United States FDA approved Asparlas in December 2018.A literature search of the keywords of ‘Calaspargase pegol-mknl’and ‘calaspargase pegol’was conducted.The review summarizes the pharmacological mechanisms,pharmacodynamics,pharmacokinetics,and the clinical evaluation of calaspargase pegol-mknl.
