摘 要:近代贵州农业发生最大的变化,当属多样性的农业生产方式(原生态农业)转变为单一粮食种植为主的农业结构形态。水稻成为近代贵州最主要的粮食作物之一。支撑水稻成为近代贵州最主要粮食作物的种植技术发生了哪些变化呢?此前的研究者多就水稻种植的某一项技术进行研究,而对水稻种植全过程技术研究的不多。为全面了解近代贵州水稻种植技术变化情况,文章利用地方志及相关农业文献,系统地梳理了近代贵州水稻种植技术全过程,并分别论述了水稻在平地与山地种植技术的异同及其原因。理清近代贵州水稻种植技术变化情况,对当下贵州农业结构调整出现的困境有现实参考意义。The biggest change of modern agriculture in Guizhou was that the diversified agricultural production mode(original ecological agriculture)was transformed into the agricultural structure of single grain planting.Rice became one of the most important food crops inModern Guizhou.What changes have taken place in the planting techniques that support riceto become the most important food crop in Modern Guizhou?Previous researchers mostlystudied a certain technology of rice planting,but few of them studied the whole process ofrice planting.In order to fully understand the changes of rice planting technology in ModernGuizhou,this paper systematically combed the whole process of rice planting technology inModern Guizhou by using local chronicles and relevant agricultural literature,and discussedthe similarities and differences of rice planting technology in flat land and mountain areas andthe reasons.To clarify the changes of rice planting technology in Modern Guizhou has practical reference significance for the plight of Guizhou Agricultural structure adjustment.
