摘  要:目的调查四川省泸州市地区居民对于糖尿病相关知识的知晓情况,以便于为今后的糖尿病健康宣教内容提供理论依据。方法采用分层-整群-随机多阶段抽样方法,于2019年4—6月在泸州市随机抽取两个县区,再从每个县区随机抽出两个街道(乡镇),随机选取符合条件的调查对象共800人进行问卷调查。结果泸州市市民的糖尿病相关知识认知水平较低,高认知水平仅为43.1%,且对部分糖尿病知识的认知存在误区。知识水平的多因素分析显示,年龄、教育水平、职业、静坐习惯、家族史是影响居民认知水平的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论泸州市居民对糖尿病知识掌握水平不一,整体认知水平普遍偏低,提示应强化糖尿病知识的教育并有针对性地进行宣教,提高居民的认知水平,降低糖尿病的发病率。Objective To investigate the awareness of diabetes-related knowledge among residents in Luzhou City,Sichuan Province,so as to provide theoretical basis for future diabetes health education content.Methods A stratified-cluster-random multi-stage sampling method was used to randomly select two counties in Luzhou from April to June 2019,and then randomly select two streets(townships)from each county and select them randomly of 800 eligible respondents.Results The cognition level of diabetes-related knowledge of Luzhou citizens was low,with a high cognition level of only 43.1%,and there were some misunderstandings about diabetes knowledge.A multi-factor analysis of knowledge level showed that age,education level,occupation,meditation habits,and family history were the main factors affecting residents'cognitive level(P<0.05).Conclusion The residents of Luzhou City have different levels of knowledge about diabetes,and the overall cognitive level is generally low.It suggests that education on diabetes knowledge should be strengthened and targeted education should be carried out to improve residents'cognitive level and reduce the incidence of diabetes.
