摘　　要：目的探讨综合康复护理在糖尿病性脑梗死偏瘫的实施。方法选择80例糖尿病性脑梗死偏瘫患者,纳入年限2017年12月—2019年10月。根据随机数表法,将其分成对照组、观察组,各40例。常规康复护理用于对照组干预,综合康复护理用于观察组干预。比较干预效果。结果观察组总有效率95.0%高于对照组77.5%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量、运动能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我效能表评分各指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病性脑梗死偏瘫护理中综合康复护理的应用价值高。Objective To explore the implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in diabetic cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods Eighty patients with diabetic cerebral infarction hemiplegia were selected,and the enrollment period was from December 2017 to October 2019.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group,an observation group,and a group of 40 cases.Routine rehabilitation nursing was used for control group intervention,and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing was used for observation group intervention.Compare intervention effects.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%higher than that of the control group 77.5%.between the groups indicated that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life and exercise ability scores of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05);the self-efficacy scale scores of the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of diabetic cerebral infarction hemiplegia is high.
