多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病患者中的效果和护理质量分析

摘　　要：目的探究对糖尿病合并冠心病患者实施多样性护理的效果。方法随机将2018年2月—2019年2月该院90例糖尿病合并冠心病患者分为对照组(45例,应用常规护理)、实验组(45例,应用多样性护理)。随访3个月,对比两组治疗依从率、血糖指标、自我管理能力评分、护理质量评分。结果实验组治疗依从率(97.78%)高于对照组(82.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组出院后3个月自我管理能力评分及护理质量评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组出院后3个月空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并冠心病患者实施多样性护理有助于控制血糖水平,并可增加患者治疗依从率,护理质量更佳。Objective To explore the effect of diversified nursing care for patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,90 patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease in the hospital were randomly divided into a control group(45 cases,using routine care)and an experimental group(45 cases,using diverse care).Follow-up for 3 months,the treatment compliance rate,blood glucose index,self-management ability score,and nursing quality score were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance rate of the experimental group(97.78%)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the self-management ability score and nursing quality score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group at 3 months after discharge,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Fasting blood glucose 3 months after discharge and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of diversified care for patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease can help control blood glucose levels,increase the patient's treatment compliance rate,and improve the quality of care.
