骨折合并糖尿病老年手术患者血糖控制和并发症的观察及护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨针对骨折合并糖尿病(DN)老年手术患者实施并发症观察与控制血糖等护理措施的体会。方法该院于2017年10月—2019年10月纳入72例骨折合并DN老年手术患者开展研究。依据住院号尾数单双号随机选出36例予以常规护理(A组),另外36例在A组基础上实施控制血糖与并发症处理强化护理干预(B组),评估两组血糖水平变化,调查切口拆线、骨折愈合及住院时长,并发症发生及护理满意情况。结果 B组患者干预后FPG与2 hPG水平,切口拆线、骨折愈合、住院时长,并发症发生及护理满意情况均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对骨折合并DN老年手术患者实施并发症处理与血糖控制,可有效降低血糖水平,减少并发症发生,促进切口与骨折部位快速愈合,显著缩短住院时长,对护理满意度提升意义重大。Objective To explore the experience of implementing complications observation and blood sugar control for elderly patients with fracture complicated with diabetes(DN)surgery.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,72 elderly patients with fractures and DN surgery were enrolled in the hospital for research.36 cases were randomly selected according to the hospitalization number,odd and even numbers,to be given routine care(group A),and the other 36 cases were implemented on the basis of group A to implement intensive care for blood glucose control and complication management(group B)to evaluate the changes in blood glucose levels in the two groups.Investigate the suture removal of the incision,fracture healing,length of hospital stay,occurrence of complications and satisfaction with nursing care.Results After intervention,the FPG and 2 hPG levels of patients in group B,incision removal,fracture healing,length of hospitalization,complications and nursing satisfaction were better than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of complications management and blood glucose control for elderly patients with fractures and DN surgery can effectively reduce blood glucose levels,reduce complications,promote rapid healing of incisions and fractures,and significantly shorten the length of hospital stay,which is of great significance for improving nursing satisfaction.
