中西药联合艾灸对2型糖尿病患者神经内分泌免疫网络紊乱的调节作用

摘　　要：目的研究分析中西药联合艾灸对2型糖尿病患者神经内分泌免疫网络紊乱的调节作用。方法 2019年1—12月该院开展中西药联合艾灸调节2型糖尿病患者神经内分泌免疫网络紊乱的实验研究,共有128例患者参与,分为对照组和实验组,比较两组患者的调节效果。结果实验组餐后2 h血糖值(7.89±1.55)mmol/L,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床治疗效率为93.94%,高于对照组的79.03%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.889,P<0.05)。结论采用中西医联合艾灸的治疗方法,能够有效控制患者的血糖水平,调节患者神经内分泌免疫网络紊乱,具有很大的临床应用价值。Objective To study and analyze the regulating effect of Chinese and Western medicine combined with moxibustion on neuroendocrine and immune network disorders in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods From January to December 2019,the hospital carried out an experimental study of Chinese and Western medicine combined with moxibustion to regulate neuroendocrine and immune network disorders in patients with type 2 diabetes.A total of 128 patients participated in the control group and the experimental group to compare the regulatory effects of the two groups.Results The blood glucose level of the experimental group was(7.89±1.55)mmol/L 2 h after meal,which was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.The clinical treatment efficiency was 93.94%,which was higher than the control group 79.03%,the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.889,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine combined with moxibustion can effectively control the patient's blood glucose level and regulate the disorder of the patient's neuroendocrine immune network,which has great clinical application value.
