摘  要:本文利用摩擦润滑理论、轧制理论以及流体力学理论建立了辊系表面非稳态润滑模型,确定了入口油膜厚度、辊系表面平面应变条件下的屈服准则、辊系表面出口处的水平应力、X轴单位宽度轧制力、Y轴单位宽度轧制力以及上工作辊的轧制力矩。通过对辊系表面润滑动力学特性进行研究,辊系表面的润滑对轧机振动有很大的影响,辊系表面在欠润滑或过润滑状态下,将会导致轧机的振动,通过改变辊系表面的摩擦润滑条件可以抑制或消除轧机振动,由此,给出了辊系表面润滑装置和基于润滑装置抑制轧机扭振的方法,通过上主传动轴和下主传动轴的扭矩N1的大小,来确定上润滑装置和上驱动电机以及下润滑装置和下驱动电机的动作,从而调节辊系表面的润滑状态和上驱动电机和下驱动电机的输出扭矩,达到抑制高速轧机扭振的目的。On the basis of lubrication and friction theory,rolling theory and hydro-mechanics theory,che unsteady lubrication model of rolling roller system surface is established;The inlet oil film thickness,vield criterion under plane strain condition of rolling roller system surface,horizontal stress at the exit of rolling roller system surface,rolling force per unit width of X-axis,rolling force per unit width of Y-axis and rolling moment of upper work roll were also determined.By studying the surface lubrication dynamics characteristics of the roll system,finds that the lubrication of the rolling roller system surface has a great influence on the vibration of the rolling mill.The vibration of the rolling mill will be caused when the rolling roller system surface is under-lubricated or over-lubricated.The vibration of the rolling mill can be suppressed or eliminated by changing the friction and lubrication conditions of the rolling interfac,rolling Roller system surface lubrication device and method of suppressing rolling torsional vibration based on ubrication device are designed.Through the torque N1 of the upper and lower main drive shafts,the action of the upper lubricating device,the upper driving motor,the lower lubricating device and the lower driving motor are determined,so as to adjust the lubricating state of the rolling roller system surface and the outputtorque of the upper driving motor and the lower driving motor,so as to restrain the torsional vibration of the high speed rolling mill.
