摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的快速发展,体育社会组织也迅速发展起来。体育社会组织作为社会组织的重要组成部分,对于承接政府职能,提高政府服务质量和效率,满足人民群众多样化体育需求和实现体育强国梦都具有重要意义。该文分析研究了在政府职能转变下襄阳市体育社会组织的构建与发展问题,旨在为襄阳市政府部门和体育部门制定体育治理的相关法规政策提供参考,促进新时期襄阳市体育社会组织建设和健康发展。With the rapid development of our country's economy and society,sports social organizations have also developed rapidly.As an important part of social organization,sports social organization is of great significance to undertake government functions,improve the quality and efficiency of government services,meet the diverse sports needs of the people and achieve the dream of a strong sports nation.This article analyzed and studied the construction and development of sports social organizations in Xiangyang under the transformation of government functions,and aims to provide a reference for the government and sports departments of Xiangyang to formulate relevant laws and policies on sports governance;so that can promote the construction and healthy development of sports social organizations in Xiangyang in the new period.
