摘　　要：北京和张家口联合申办2022年冬季奥林匹克运动会的成功,对河北省来说既是机遇,又是挑战,该文主要通过对河北省冰雪体育产业相关技术人才培养的现状问题进行调查,并对比国内国外冰雪体育产业发达地区的人才管理机制模式,得出以下结论:当前河北省的冰雪体育产业人才数量很小,专业化的程度很低,尚不能满足我国成功举办冬奥会对河北省冰雪体育产业人才提出的要求,需要河北省政府、社会、学校、冰雪培训机构等运用阶梯型培养工作机制通力合作,形成人才队伍专业化,模块化,保证为各级各类人才提供相关保障,形成人才能力培养专项资金支持,从而进一步推动河北省冰雪体育产业的全面发展。The success of the joint bid of Beijing and Zhang jiakou for the 2022Winter Olympics is both an opportunity and a challenge for Hebei province.This paper investigates the current situation of the training of technical talents in ice and snow sports industry in Hebei Province and compares the talent management mechanism models in the developed a reas of the ice and snow sports industry at home and a broad.T he conclusions are as follows:At present.The number of talents in the ice and snow-sports industry in Hebei province is very small and the degree of specialization is very low.Which cannot yet meet the requirements for the talents in the ice and snow sports industry in Hebei province brought forward by China's successful hosting of the Winter Olympics.The government society.Schools and ice snow training institutions of Hebei province need to work together in a step-by-step training mechanism to form a professional and modular team of talents.so as to ensure the provision of relevant guarantees for all types of talents at all levels.to form the special fund support for talent cultivation.so as to further promote the all-round development ofice and snow sports industry in Hebei province.
