中医正骨手法治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究中医正骨手法治疗肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法通过双盲选法将该院在2017年12月—2019年12月期间纳入的80例肱骨髁上骨折患者分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组治疗方案为开放复位+穿针固定治疗,研究组安排予以中医正骨手法复位+经皮闭合穿克氏针内固定治疗方案进行治疗,对其治疗效果、肘关节功能恢复情况以及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果对照组治疗后的总治疗有效率为80.00%,显著低于研究组95.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05);组间治疗30 d以及90 d后的Mayo肘关节功能评分比较,研究组评分(59.84±4.46)分、(86.03±6.12)分显著高于对照组(50.67±3.95)分、(75.66±5.03)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.735、8.279,P<0.05);对照组治疗期间的总并发症发生率为20.00%,显著高于研究组2.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.507,P<0.05)。结论对于肱骨髁上骨折患者,中医正骨手法在其临床治疗中具有良好的治疗应用价值,不仅可以帮助患者获得良好的复位效果,同时还能够有效减少各种并发症的发生,加快肘关节功能恢复。Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic manipulation on supracondylar fractures of the humerus.Methods The 80 patients with supracondylar fractures of the humerus included in the hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were divided into the control group and the study group by the double-blind selection method.The number of patients in each group was 40 cases.The treatment plan of the control group was open reduction+needle fixation,and the study group arranged to be treated with traditional Chinese bone setting manipulative reduction+percutaneous closed Kirschner wire internal fixation.The treatment effect,the recovery of elbow joint function and the occurrence of complications situation were compared.Results The total treatment effective rate of the control group after treatment was 80.00%,which was significantly lower than the 95.00%of the study group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05);the Mayo elbow joint function score comparison between the groups after 30 and 90 d of treatment,the study group score(59.84±4.46)points,(86.03±6.12)points were significantly higher than the control group(50.67±3.95)points,(75.66±5.03)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.735,8.279,P<0.05);the total complication rate during the treatment of the control group 20.00%,significantly higher than 2.50%in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with supracondylar fractures of the humerus,the traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic technique has good therapeutic application value in its clinical treatment.It can not only help patients obtain a good reduction effect,but also effectively reduce the occurrence of various complications and accelerate the recovery of elbow joint function.
