人性化护理干预对胸外科手术护理质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理干预在胸外科手术护理质量中的影响作用。方法在2018年1月—2019年11月期间纳入该院开展胸外科手术的患者,共方便选取146例,手术过后,根据不同的护理方式进行分组,即常规性护理分成常规组(73例),常规护理+人性化护理分成混合组(73例),对比两组患者的护理干预后的效果。结果混合组的生活质量评分显著高于常规组的生活质量评分,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);混合组的并发症发生率5.48%,较常规组的并发症发生率20.55%低,对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.893,P<0.05);混合组患者的护理满意评分为(97.13±2.87)分,显著高于常规组的(88.26±2.13)分,对比差异有统计学意义(t=21.204,P<0.05)。结论胸外科手术后给予患者人性化护理,能显著提高患者的护理质量,使其并发症降低,使其生活质量提高,且能使患者及其家属更加认可医院的护理工作,护理满意评分大大提高,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing intervention on nursing quality of thoracic surgery.Methods The convenient selected research subjects were all patients who underwent thoracic surgery in the hospital from January 2018 to November 2019,a total of 146 cases.After the operation,they were grouped according to different nursing methods,that is,routine care was divided into routine groups(73 cases),conventional nursing+humanized nursing were divided into mixed groups(73 cases),and the effects of nursing intervention between the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life score of the mixed group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the mixed group was 5.48%,which was lower than that of the conventional group(20.55%),with statistically significant difference(χ^2=6.893,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the mixed group was(97.13±2.87)points,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(88.26±2.13)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=21.204,P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing care for patients after thoracic surgery can significantly improve the quality of patient care,reduce its complications,and improve its quality of life.It can also make patients and their families more recognized for nursing work in hospitals.
