54例老年患者髋关节置换手术的麻醉护理效果

摘　　要：目的对老年患者髋关节置换术中应用麻醉护理的效果进行探究。方法方便选择2018年6月—2019年8月该院收治的实施髋关节置换术的老年患者108例作为该次研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规护理组和护理干预组,每组54例患者。采用常规护理的模式对常规护理组予以护理,在此基础上,采用护理干预的方式对研究组予以护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果护理干预组的手术时间(43.6±5.2)min和麻醉后苏醒时间(52.9±2.8)min均明显优于常规护理组(65.8±8.7)min、(78.4±3.6)min,两组患者的手术时间和麻醉后苏醒时间比较差异有统计学意义(t=16.095、41.087,P<0.05);护理干预组的不良反应率5.6%明显低于常规护理组18.5%,两组患者不良反应率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.285,P<0.05);护理干预组的护理满意度98.1%明显高于常规护理组83.3%,两组患者护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.053,P<0.05)。结论针对实施髋关节置换手术的老年患者进行全面麻醉护理干预,可以有效地缩短患者的手术时间,加快其术后苏醒,而且还能够提高其护理满意度,减少其不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the effect of anesthesia nursing in hip replacement of elderly patients.Methods 108 elderly patients who underwent hip replacement in the hospital were convenient selected as the subjects of this study from June 2018 to August 2019.According to the random number table method,they were divided into routine nursing group and nursing intervention group.Each group was divided into 54 patients.The routine nursing mode was adopted to give nursing to the routine nursing group.On this basis,the nursing intervention was adopted to give nursing to the research group,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time of the nursing intervention group was(43.6±5.2)min and the recovery time after anesthesia was(52.9±2.8)min,which were significantly better than that of the conventional nursing group(65.8±8.7)min and(78.4±3.6)min.The comparison of the operation time and the recovery time after anesthesia between the two groups was tested,the difference was statistically significant(t=16.095,41.085,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the nursing intervention group was 5.6%was significantly lower than that of the conventional nursing group 18.5%.The difference in adverse reaction rates between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(χ^2=4.285,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction degree of the nursing intervention group was 98.1%higher than that of the conventional nursing group 83.3%.The difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(χ^2=7.053,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive anesthesia nursing intervention for the elderly patients undergoing hip replacement can effectively shorten the operation time,speed up their postoperative recovery,improve their nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
