以降温急救护理为基础的综合护理干预对小儿上呼吸道感染致高热惊厥的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨以降温急救护理为基础的综合护理干预对小儿呼吸道感染致高热惊厥的效果。方法从2018年3月—2020年2月该院收治的上呼吸道感染致高热惊厥患儿中方便选取66例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组(32例)与观察组(34例),对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行以降温急救护理为基础的综合护理干预,对比两组患儿护理效果及患儿预后。结果观察组患儿的退热时间、惊厥控制时间、住院治疗时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿惊厥复发率2.94%、不良事件发生率0.00%低于对照组21.88%、18.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.913、4.927,P<0.05)。结论予以上呼吸道感染致高热惊厥患儿以降温急救为基础的综合护理干预,能帮助患儿快速降低体温,更好控制病情,对保障患儿预后恢复有重要作用。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention based on cooling emergency care on children with high fever and convulsion caused by respiratory infection.Methods From March 2018 to February 2020,66 children with febrile seizures caused by upper respiratory tract infection admitted to the hospital were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(34 cases),the control group underwent routine nursing intervention,and the observation group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention based on cooling and emergency nursing.The nursing effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The antipyretic time,convulsion control time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of convulsions in the observation group was 2.94%,and the rate of adverse events was 0.00%,which was lower than the control group 21.88%and 8.75%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.913,4.927,P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention based on cooling and first aid for children with high febrile seizures caused by upper respiratory tract infection can help children quickly lower their body temperature,better control their condition,and play an important role in ensuring the prognosis of children.
