儿童输液室中实施细节服务护理的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析在儿童输液室护理过程中采用细节服务护理对于临床护理质量的影响。方法在2018年2月—2020年2月期间儿童输液室收治的输液患儿中随机选取200例作为研究对象,通过随机的方式将其分为两组,每组100例。其中,对照组患儿采用常规方式进行护理,研究组患儿在常规基础上进行细节服务护理,对两组患儿的护理效果进行记录与对比。结果研究组护理人员在服务态度、技术能力、药物使用情况、输液环境以及治疗效果等得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组在错误用药与医患纠纷问题的发生率均低于对照组(2.00%vs 15.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=14.025,P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度96.00%高于对照组83.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.236,P<0.05)。结论在儿童输液室护理过程中,实施细节服务护理模式有利于提高护理服务质量,提升护理技能,有效降低错误用药与医患纠纷的发生率,提高护理满意度,对于患儿健康及良好医患关系的构建具有积极价值,值得进行推广普及。Objective To analyze the impact of detailed service nursing on the quality of clinical care in the nursing process of children's infusion room.Methods From February 2018 to February 2020,200 children with infusion in the children's infusion room were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by randomization.100 cases each group.Among them,the control group was performed in a conventional manner,the children in the study group carried out detailed service nursing on a routine basis,and recorded and compared the nursing effects of the two groups of children.Results The scores of nursing staff in the study group in terms of service attitude,technical ability,drug use,infusion environment and treatment effect were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of wrong medication and doctor-patient disputes in the study group was lower than that in the control group.The comparison of the incidence of nursing accidents between the two groups(2.00%vs 15.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=14.025,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.00%higher than that of the control group 83.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=11.236,P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of children's infusion room,the implementation of detailed service nursing model is beneficial to improve the quality of nursing service,improve nursing skills,effectively reduce the incidence of wrong medication and doctor-patient disputes,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is beneficial to the health of children and cultivating good doctors and patients'relationship,which is worthy of popularization.
