舒适护理在新生儿黄疸蓝光照射治疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的研究舒适护理在新生儿黄疸蓝光照射中的护理价值。方法方便选择该院2019年9—12月间收治的新生儿黄疸蓝光照射患儿88例作为分析对象,随机分为常规组和干预组。所有患儿均接受蓝光治疗。常规组患儿给予常规护理,干预组患儿在常规护理的基础上给予舒适护理,即给患儿水枕联合腹部按摩。对比两组患儿黄疸指数下降值、体质量增加量、安静睡眠时间、哭闹次数及临床疗效。结果两组患儿分别实施不同护理路径后,干预组黄疸指数下降值、体质量增加量、安静睡眠时间、哭闹次数均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿分别实施不同护理路径后,干预组临床疗效为95.45%,优于常规组的79.54%,差异均有统计学意义(χ^2=5.091,P<0.05)。结论舒适护理有利于新生儿黄疸恢复,能够有效减少患儿哭闹次数,增加患儿安静睡眠时间,降低患儿黄疸值,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To study the nursing value of comfort nursing in neonatal jaundice blue light exposure.Methods A total of 88 neonatal jaundice irradiated children with blue light in the hospital between September and December 2019 were selected as the analysis objects,and they were randomly divided into routine group and intervention group.All children received blue light therapy.The children in the routine group were given routine care,and the children in the intervention group were given comfortable care on the basis of routine care,that is,water pillow combined with abdominal massage.The jaundice index decline value,body weight increase,quiet sleep time,crying frequency and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After the two groups of children implemented different nursing paths,the intervention group's jaundice index decline,body weight increase,quiet sleep time,and crying times were better than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the two groups of children were implemented with different nursing paths,the clinical efficacy of the intervention group was 95.45%,which was better than 79.54%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.091,P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing is beneficial to the recovery of neonatal jaundice,can effectively reduce the number of crying,increase the quiet sleep time of children,and reduce the jaundice value of children.It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
