桂甘龙牡汤加味联合耳穴埋籽治疗窦性心动过缓合并室性早搏的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探析桂甘龙牡汤加味联合耳穴埋籽治疗窦缓合并室性早搏的临床疗效。方法方便选取于2017年1月—2019年6月在该院住院的心脾两虚型的窦缓合并室早的患者60例为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组30例给予心宝丸口服,治疗组30例予以桂甘龙牡汤加党参附子联合耳穴埋籽,疗程4周。对比两组患者室性早搏疗效、holter室早次数及平均心率。结果治疗组室早明显减少,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),平均心率较治疗前有提升,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医证候积分疗效,治疗组的显效率为40.00%优于对照组的13.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.460,P=0.020),总有效率为93.33%,优于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.320,P=0.038)。结论桂甘龙牡汤联合耳穴埋籽治疗窦缓合并室早的临床疗效确切,无不良反应,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guigan Longmu Decoction combined with ear-point seed embedding in the treatment of slow sinus complicated with premature ventricular contractions.Methods Sixty patients who were hospitalized in the hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 with both heart and spleen deficiency and slow sinus and early ventricle were conveniently selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the control group were given Xinbao Pills orally,and 30 cases in the treatment group were given Guigan Longmu Decoction plus Codonopsis pilosula and seed embedding in ear points for 4 weeks.The efficacy of ventricular premature beats,holter ventricular premature frequency and average heart rate were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment group's room was significantly reduced earlier,which was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average heart rate was higher than that before treatment,and was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The effective rate was 40.00%,better than the control group’s 13.33%,the difference was statistically different(χ^2=5.460,P=0.020).The total effective rate was 93.33%better than the control group’s 73.33%,the difference was statistically different(χ^2=4.320,P=0.038).Conclusion Guigan Longmu Decoction combined with seed-embedded ear points has a definite clinical effect in treating sinus slow complicated with ventricular premature,without adverse reaction,and is worthy of promotion.
