摘 要:采用微气泡发生装置对汽车配件废水进行处理实验。通过调节反应压力的大小,研究微气泡在废水中所具有的特征性质。依据其特性探究空气微气泡与臭氧微气泡处理效果的差异,通过改变系统压力、臭氧浓度等影响因素,分别研究废水中溶解氧、pH值、化学需氧量的变化情况。结果表明:臭氧微气泡法比空气微气泡法对汽车配件废水处理更加明显。当反应时间为45 h、压力为0.125 MPa、臭氧浓度100%、温度为40℃,该设备有效地增加了废水的溶解氧,提升了废水的水质性质,降低了废水COD的含量,其去除率可达到54%左右,该分析结果有助于对汽车配件废水处理的进一步深入研究。A micro-bubble generator is used to treat the waste water of automobile parts.The characteristics of microbubbles in wastewater are studied by adjusting the reaction pressure.According to its characteristics,the difference of treatment effect between air microbubbles and ozone microbubbles is explored,and the changes of dissolved oxygen,pH value and chemical oxygen demand in wastewater are studied respectively by changing system pressure and ozone concentration.The results show that ozone microbubble method is more effective than air microbubble method in the treatment of automobile parts wastewater.When the reaction time is 45 hours,the pressure is 0.125 MPa,the ozone concentration is 100%,and the temperature is 40℃,the equipment effectively increases the dissolved oxygen of the wastewater,improves the water quality of the wastewater,reduces the COD content of the wastewater,and the removal rate can reach about 54%.The analysis results are helpful for further research on the wastewater treatment of automobile parts.
