摘　　要：甲氧胺盐酸盐是一种重要的农药和医药中间体。在碱性条件下,丙酮与盐酸羟胺反应生成丙酮肟,使用硫酸二甲酯对丙酮肟进行甲基化反应合成O-甲基丙酮肟,O-甲基丙酮肟与浓盐酸发生水解反应生成甲氧胺盐酸盐。该合成方法操作简单,适合工业化生产。Methoxylamine hydrochloride is a intermediate for the synthesis of pesticides and medicines.Acetone oxime is synthesized by the reaction of acetone and hydroxylamine hydrochloride under alkaline condition.O-methyl acetone oxime is synthesized by methylation acetone oxime with dimethyl sulfate.O-methyl acetone oxime is hydrolyzed by concentrated hydrochloric acid to obtain methylamine hydrochloride.The process is simple and suitable for industrial production.
