摘  要:一直以来有关新生血管性疾病的研究进展始终是人们关注的热点,寻找相关血管生成因子及探究对生成因子抑制作用的具体机制是研究的重点。生长分化因子15(GDF-15)是转化生长因子β超家族其中的一员,在多种病理情况下可以被诱导表达,具有调节血管内皮细胞增殖、凋亡及参与肿瘤代谢等复杂的生物学功能。相关研究指出,GDF-15在不同病理条件下对新生血管的生成具有相应的调节作用。本文对GDF-15的结构作用、GDF-15在新生血管生成过程中的作用机制,及其与新生血管性疾病的联系作一综述。The research progress of neovascularization diseases has always been a hot topic,researchers are interested in the angiogenesis factors and the mechanisms underlying the inhibition of its effect.As a member of transforming growth factorβsuperfamily,GDF-15 can be highly expressed under various pathological conditions.It also has complex biological functions including regulating the proliferation and apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells,as well as participating in the tumorigenesis process.Relevant studies have shown that GDF-15 can effectively regulate the neovascularization under different pathological conditions.This review focuses on the structure and function of GDF-15,the mechanism of its effect on neovascularization,and the relationship between GDF-15 and neovascular diseases.
