摘　　要：作为第7个从人类身上发现的冠状病毒,严重急性呼吸道综合征冠状病毒2型(SARS-CoV-2)导致的2019年冠状病毒疾病(COVID-19)使该疫情上升为国际公共卫生紧急事件。SARS-CoV-2与眼部疾病之间相关性、眼分泌物是否有传染性等问题一直备受高度关注。本文回顾人类身上已发现的7种冠状病毒相关的研究报告和文献,从相关的解剖学、蛋白质细胞水平关联研究和动物模型实验研究这三方面阐述人类冠状病毒与相关眼病的可能关系及可能致病机制。As the seventh coronavirus found in human,severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus type 2(SARS-CoV-2)caused a new coronavirus disease in 2019 named COVID-19,raising the epidemic situation to an international public health emergency.The correlation between SARS-CoV-2 and ocular diseases,as well as whether the eye secretion is infectious are highly concerned.This paper reviews the related literatures of seven kinds of coronaviruses found in human body,and elaborate the possible relationship between human coronavirus and related ocular diseases and possible pathogenesis from three aspects:anatomy,protein-cell level correlation and animal model experimental research.
