摘　　要：面向新工科如何全面提升高校工程教育质量,培养出具有可持续竞争力的创新创业人才已成为高校人才培养改革的热点问题。本文结合笔者所在的通信工程专业创新创业人才培养途径,基于新工科理念,从创新教学平台、教学方法、实践教学体系以及考核评价机制等四个方面进行了探究,形成了一个在新工科教育研究背景下基本完善的“通信工程”专业创新创业型人才培养模式和评价体系,为新形势下高校的新工科人才培养体系提出了基本思路。Facing the new engineering,how to improve the overall quality of engineering education and how to cultivate the innovative and entrepreneurial talents with sustainable competitiveness has become a hot issue of the talent training reform in colleges and universities.Based on the idea of new engineering,combined with the way to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in communication engineering major of the authors,this paper explores four aspects including innovative teaching platform,teaching method,practical teaching system and evaluation mechanism.A basically perfect training mode and evaluation system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in communication engineering is formed under the background of new engineering education research,which puts forward the basic ideas for the new engineering personnel training system of the new situation in colleges and universities.
