摘 要:本文针对锂电池采取的石墨负极开展纯度检测,将α-Al 2O3作为参照物,实验方法为:X射线衍射法,借助其衍射所得K值,以此判定石墨负极含量,作为其纯度的分析基础。实验结果为:当石墨衍射峰大小为2θ=26.57度,α-Al2O3衍射峰大小为2θ=35.15度,即K=20.58,此数值可认定为石墨负极材料纯度,并且与实际纯度具有高度相似性,实验结果为90.33%,实际纯度为90%,偏差仅为0.33%。由此发现:纯度检测方法,具有简易流程,测试时长较短,测定结果精准性较高,顺应于石墨材料质检相关要求。In this paper,the purity of graphite anodes used in lithium batteries is tested,andα-Al2O3 is used as a reference.The experimental method is:X-ray diffraction method,with the help of the K value obtained by diffraction,to determine the content of graphite anodes as an analysis of its purity basis.The experimental results are as follows:when the graphite diffraction peak size is 2θ=26.57 degrees,and theα-Al2O3 diffraction peak size is 2θ=35.15 degrees,that is,K=20.58,this value can be regarded as the purity of the graphite anode material,and it is highly similar to the actual purity,the experimental result is 90.33%,the actual purity is 90%,and the deviation is only 0.33%.It was found that the purity detection method has a simple process,the test duration is shorter,and the measurement result is more accurate,which is in compliance with the relevant requirements of graphite material quality inspection.
