摘 要:该文对福州市体工大队14名游泳初学者进行为期6周水感练习实验研究,将实验前后的自由泳技术进行专家评分统计分析,旨在探讨儿童游泳学习阶段水感练习的应用效果。研究发现,实验组与对照组在技术评分上具有显著性差异,实验组技术动作明显优于对照组。研究认为,水感练习能够提高儿童水中活动能力、水中定位能力和水中平衡能力;低年龄期是水感训练的关键干预期,应注重训练的循序渐进和课时的合理安排,科学地运用水感练习提高游泳能力。In the paper,a 6 weeks experiment is conducted on 14 swimming beginners.The freestyle technique before and after the experiment was evaluated and analyzed by experts.It aims to explore the effect of water sense exercise in children's swimming learning stage.The study found that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in technical scores,and the technical action of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.It is believed that water sense exercise can improve children's water activity ability,water positioning ability and water balance ability.Low age period is the key intervention period of water sense training,so we should pay attention to the progressive training and the reasonable arrangement of class hours,and use water sense exercise scientifically to improve swimming ability.
