摘　　要：羌族是我国历史悠久的民族之一,能歌善舞的羌族人民在漫长的历史进程中孕育、形成了丰富多彩、独具特色的羌族传统体育文化和体育活动。羌族传统体育项目的价值在于其对自身民族传统与历史的传承和发扬,对构建和谐社会具有积极的意义和影响。该文从文化的角度针对羌族传统体育项目进行阐述和价值分析,并针对羌族传统体育项目的传承和发展提出一些发展性建议和对策。The Qiang people are one of the ethnic groups with a long history in our country.The Qiang people,who are good at singing and dancing,have formed a rich and unique traditional sports culture and sports activities in the long process of history.The value of the traditional sports of the Qiang people lies in its inheritance and development of their own national tradition and history,and has a positive significance and influence on the construction of a harmonious society.The paper expounds and analyzes the value of the traditional sports of the Qiang people from the cultural point of view,and puts forward some development suggestions and countermeasures for the inheritance and development of the traditional sports of the Qiang ethnic group.
