摘　　要：目的探讨左旋氨氯地平治疗糖尿病微血管病变合并高血压患者的临床效果。方法将142例糖尿病微血管病变合并高血压患者依据随机数字表法分为观察组(71例,左旋氨氯地平)与对照组(71例,氨氯地平)。比较两组的血压及血管内皮功能指标。结果治疗后,两组的诊室收缩压、诊室舒张压、动态收缩压、动态舒张压、24 h SBPV、24 h DBPV均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ET、vWF水平低于对照组,NO、eNOS水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左旋氨氯地平能降低糖尿病微血管病变合并高血压患者的血压,还可改善其血管内皮功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of levamlodipine in patients with diabetic microangiopathy and hypertension.Methods A total of 142 patients with diabetic microangiopathy and hypertension were divided into observation group(71 cases,levamlodipine)and control group(71 cases,amlodipine)by random number table method.Blood pressure and vascular endothelial function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the consulting room systolic blood pressure,consulting room diastolic blood pressure,dynamic systolic blood pressure,dynamic diastolic blood pressure,24 h SBPV and 24 h DBPV in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ET and vWF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of NO and eNOS were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine can reduce the blood pressure of patients with diabetic microangiopathy and hypertension,and improve the vascular endothelial function of patients.
