摘　　要：分娩是女性的正常生理过程,孕产妇身心健康问题已逐渐引起人们的关注。关注孕产妇分娩情况,了解不同分娩方式与分娩体验之间的关系十分必要。改善产妇分娩体验,提供以人为本的产时服务,已成为当代围生医学的研究热点。使用科学有效的分娩方式,能够提高产妇分娩体验状况、降低孕产妇术中、术后并发症发生率、改善现代医疗服务质量,对护理学、产科学及麻醉学向围术期医学发展均具有重要意义。Childbirth is a normal physiological process of women,and physical and mental health problems of puerpera have gradually aroused people's attention.It is necessary to pay attention to the delivery situation of puerpera and understand the relationship between different delivery modes and delivery experience.Improving delivery experience and providing people-oriented delivery service have become the focus of contemporary perinatal medicine research.The use of scientific and effective delivery mode can improve the delivery experience of puerpera,reduce the incidences of intraoperative and postoperative complications,and ameliorate the quality of modern medical services.It is of great significance to the development of nursing,obstetrics and anesthesiology to perioperative medicine.
