摘　　要：乳腺癌是全球女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率呈逐年上升趋势。本文就延续性护理在乳腺癌术后患者间歇期的应用情况作一综述,论述延续性护理的内涵、测评工具、护理模式、干预内容及效果评价,旨在促进乳腺癌术后患者延续性护理体系的健全。Breast cancer is the most common malignancy in women worldwide,and the incidence rate is increasing year by year.This paper reviews the application of continuous nursing in patients with breast cancer in the intermittent period,discusses the connotation,evaluation tools,nursing mode,intervention content and effect evaluation of continuous nursing,so as to promote the improvement of continuous nursing system for patients with breast cancer after operation.
