摘 要:研究了φ8、φ10mm冷轧带肋钢筋在自然时效和人工时效处理后力学性能变化,并对φ8mm回火处理前成型钢筋做了实验室回火处理模拟试验。实验表明,抗拉强度随着自然时效时间的延长呈下降趋势;在人工时效(在100℃下保温60min)后抗拉强度与时效前比较略有下降或变化不明显;延伸(三种测量方法)的变化趋势及与强度变化的对应关系不明确,且测量方法对延伸率检测值的影响是存在的,尤其是对A5.65检测值的影响最为明显。合理控制轧制速度和回火温度是改善钢的综合性能的关键,对强度值波动较大的试样进行金相组织分析,从试样显微分析结果发现组织和夹杂物不是力学性能检测值波动大的原因。The changes of mechanical properties ofφ8 andφ10mm cold rolled ribbed bars after natural aging and artificial aging treatment were studied,and the laboratory tempering treatment simulation tests were carried out on the steel bars formed beforeφ8mm tempering treatment.The experimental results show that the tensile strength decreases with the extension of natural aging time;after artificial aging(holding 60min at 100℃),the tensile strength decreases slightly or does not change obviously compared with that before aging;the change trend of extension(three measuring methods)and its corresponding relationship with strength change are not clear,and the influence of measuring methods on the measured value of elongation exists,especially on the value of A5.65.Reasonable control of rolling speed and tempering temperature is the key to improve the comprehensive properties of steel.The microstructure of the sample with large fluctuation of strength is analyzed by metallographic analysis.From the results of microscopic analysis of the samples,it is found that the microstructure and inclusions are not the reason for the fluctuation of mechanical properties.
