摘  要:研究了Ti-6Al-4V屑状残料的冷床炉回收工艺,确定了合理的残料添加比例和回收工艺。采用冷床炉熔炼和辅助添加Al、V元素和海绵钛的方法进行了屑状残料的回收工艺试验,结果表明:熔炼的铸锭化学成分均匀,可以满足使用要求,回收工艺合理可行;屑状残料添加比例60%~70%时,铸锭中氧含量可以得到有效控制。The recovery process of Ti-6Al-4V scrap residue in cold bed furnace was studied,and the reasonable proportion of residue addition and recovery process were determined.The recovery process test of scrap residue was carried out by means of cold bed furnace smelting and auxiliary addition of Al,V element and sponge titanium.The results show that the chemical composition of the melted ingot is uniform and can meet the requirements of use,and the recovery process is reasonable and feasible;when the addition ratio of scrap residue is 60%~70%,the oxygen content in the ingot can be effectively controlled.
