摘 要:随着现代科技的跳跃式发展,数字化机械设备风生水起。特别是在金属切削领域,数控车床已然成为引领潮流的时代先驱,备受重视。但与此同时,普通车床也不甘落后,其在加工制造中凸显出独有的优势。CA6140卧式车床是普通车床中的典型代表,其车床主轴加工工艺考究,值得探析。文章概述了CA6140卧式车床相关情况,分析了CA6140车床主轴的技术要求及选材,最后研究了CA6140卧式车床主轴的加工工艺,以期为当代普通车床加工提供一些可行性借鉴。With the leap-forward development of modern technology,digital machinery and equipment are booming.Especially in the field of metal cutting,CNC lathes have become the pioneer of the trend and have received much attention.But at the same time,ordinary lathes are not far behind,and their unique advantages in processing and manufacturing are highlighted.CA6140 horizontal lathe is a typical representative of ordinary lathes.Its lathe spindle processing technology is exquisite and it is worth exploring.This paper summarizes the relevant situation of the CA6140 horizontal lathe,analyzes the technical requirements and material selection of the CA6140 lathe spindle,and finally studies the processing technology of the CA6140 horizontal lathe spindle,hoping to provide some feasibility reference for contemporary ordinary lathe processing.
