摘  要:针对高旁阀修后短期内频繁内漏的问题,分析总结故障原因,提出一种阀门改型的方法,采用防止密封面冲刷结构并带有保护套的阀芯结构,避免阀门密封面受到汽水冲刷,同时采用退让槽特殊设计的阀座,且保证阀座硬度高于阀芯硬度。改型后的阀门,在多次机组启停后检查均未出现内漏问题。In view of the frequent internal leakage of the high side valve in the short term after repair,the causes of the failure are analyzed and summarized,and a method of valve modification is put forward.The valve core structure with protective sleeve is adopted to prevent the valve sealing surface from being washed by steam and water.At the same time,the specially designed valve seat of the concession groove is adopted to ensure that the hardness of the valve seat is higher than that of the valve core.After the retrofit of the valve,there is no problem of internal leakage after many times of unit start-up and shutdown.
