摘 要:由于破坏海洋生态系统和环境污染,特别是沿海地区的污染,严重阻碍了经济发展:发展和提高人民的生活水平,甚至威胁到我们的未来生存、环境保护和可持续发展,并已成为一项挑战。特别是在本世纪初下一个保护将在制定国家海洋政策和条例、提供用于预测和预防环境灾害的科学数据方面发挥关键作用,海军陆战队根据海洋污染监测系统,光纤化学与生物探测技术将在融合现代海洋技术与其他技术的最新发展中发挥重要作用。现代化学、发现技术、遥感、生物技术、计算机、通信技术、水声技术、材料科学等相关技术学科都在这一领域。化学和生物学的结合是评估现代海洋环境污染的质量和数量信息的最佳来源,在国家和国际两方面都达成了共识。The destruction of marine ecosystems and environmental pollution,especially in coastal areas,has seriously hindered economic development:development and improvement of people's living standards,and even threatened our future survival,environmental protection and sustainable development,and has become a challenge.In particular,at the beginning of this century,the next protection will play a key role in the development of national marine policies and regulations and the provision of scientific data for the prediction and prevention of environmental disasters,according to the marine pollution monitoring system,optical fiber chemical and biological detection technologies will play an important role in integrating the latest developments in modern marine technologies and other technologies.Modern chemistry,discovery technology,remote sensing,biotechnology,computer,communication technology,underwater acoustic technology,material science and other related technology disciplines belong to this field.The combination of chemistry and biology is the best source of information to assess the quality and quantity of modern marine environmental pollution,and a consensus has been reached both nationally and internationally.
